LITERARY ARTS

Lynn Miller's novel, Crossing the Line, was published in 2010. Its protagonist helps his grandson come to terms with his sexuality, which forces him to examine his own life while solving a mystery about their ancestor, a leading 19th-century scientist. Crossing the Line is available at www.authorhouse.com or through your bookstore.
Lynn is the co-author, with James McClelland, of City in a Park: A History of Philadelphia's Fairmount Park System, to be published in 2015.
Lynn Miller, Ph.D, is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Temple University. He is the author of numerous books and articles on international politics. His co-authored book (with Annette H. Emgarth), French Philadelphia: Exploring the French Cultural and Historical Presence in the Delaware Valley (Philadelphie à la francaise in its French version) is available at www.BEACHLLOYD.com or by email: alliance@afphila.com.

FINE ARTS

Lynn Miller is a painter whose work is increasingly expressionistic and abstract. He explores in a vivid and painterly way what he imagines may underlie our experience of complex phenomena. He makes visual our ideas and sensations.
Miller received the Hughes Award at the Phillips Mill 74th Annual Exhibition for the best work by a first-time exhibitor. He has exhibited in Bucks County, Philadelphia, and elsewhere. He has had one-man shows at Stover Mill Gallery and his work has been selected for numerous juried shows.
